The Chattanoogan hotel has upgraded its pampering day spa with beautiful renovations and décor, new spa services and a new management company.  Now operated by industry leader Innovative Spa Management, The Spa at The Chattanoogan has been transformed with luxurious finishes and upgrades to create a relaxing oasis designed to pamper and nurture guests. 

Officials said, "The beauty of Tennessee’s rich, rolling mountains and its deep, relaxing rivers inspired the renovations and the new services, such as a Walk in the River, Mountain Mud Masque and Massage, and Ruby Falls Hydrating Body Treatment. The Spa at The Chattanoogan is a place that will delight and impress visitors, with its fresh, natural look, soothing earthtones and natural décor elements that have been enhanced with upscale finishes.   All treatment areas have been transformed, and the relaxation area has been upgraded with the addition of several comfortable seating arrangements and a 30-foot light wall that adds ambiance and fuses modern style with natural mood lighting."

At The Spa at The Chattanoogan, highly skilled therapists specialize in customizing nurturing spa treatments for guests using the finest botanical ingredients designed to strengthen and rejuvenate the skin. Located on the second floor of the beautifully designed The Chattanoogan, The Spa has four treatment rooms, a steam room, sauna, whirlpool, indoor pool, fitness center and Spa Terrace. Man Stabbed To Death After Argument

A Chattanooga man was stabbed to death after an argument on Friday night. At approximately 11 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to a stabbing at 101 E 20 th St. where they found the victim, Alexis Lewis, 51, lying on the walkway with a fatal stab wound to his chest.
