I am writing to encourage the residents of Soddy-Daisy to elect Bryan Hoss judge on Aug. 2. The fact that we are able to exercise our constitutional right and freely elect someone to this position is another example of the many freedoms we often take for granted in this great country.
Bryan will approach this position as he does everything in life, with undaunted passion and commitment. The citizens of Soddy-Daisy can expect Bryan to display his vast knowledge of the law on the bench just as he does in the courtroom. Bryan is a natural trial lawyer and he has experience with everything from the seemingly most simplistic legal matters to high profile cases in various parts of the country and treats each one with equal commitment.
One of the things that Bryan said to me years ago that I feel sums him up best is “everyone is entitled to a fair trial in the courtroom versus the court of public opinion.” This attitude combined with his integrity and knowledge of the justice system highlight a few of the many reasons that Bryan Hoss is the right choice for judge of Soddy-Daisy.
Please vote on Aug. 2 and consider casting your ballot for Bryan Hoss, he will serve the community well.

Growing up and being a life-long resident of Soddy Daisy gives you the opportunity to see how strong a small community can be. As part of the family that is heading up the reconstruction or Poe's Tavern and the city park, I have a personal interest to make Soddy Daisy the best it can be. Over the years it has become apparent that the local community has the same desire. I believe that Bryan Hoss will bring what the city needs to continue building our community's strength.
Bryan has been practicing law since 2001 and has earned a lot of respect from his peers, clients and employees. As a prior employee at Davis and Hoss, I can personally say that Bryan and his partner, Lee Davis, have extremely high standards, integrity and the desire to do the right thing for all people whose lives they touch.
Soddy Daisy is growing but still has a hometown feeling. Bryan would feel right at home as the Soddy Daisy judge. I feel that the community would be honored to have him sit on their bench. Vote Bryan Hoss on Aug. 2.

What can I say about Bryan Hoss that has not already been said?
Personally, I am not a citizen of Soddy Daisy; however, if I were a citizen of Soddy Daisy I would be absolutely ecstatic to have the chance of Bryan Hoss as a judge in my area.
For me, an ideal judge would be: adequately experienced, fair in mind and rationale, passionate about their profession, and of true integrity. Frankly, you will rarely find a person who embodies these qualities to the extent that Mr. Hoss demonstrates on a daily basis.
During the time I knew Mr. Hoss, I can say, firmly and honestly, that there has rarely been a
person, through their professionalism, honesty, knowledge and fair-mindedness, who has impacted me personally in the way that Bryan Hoss has.
