Tower Company Sues Hamilton County In Federal Court Over Denial Of Cell Tower

A tower company has sued Hamilton County in Federal Court over the denial of a cell tower. Vogue Tower Partners said the County Commission should have allowed the tower at Jennifer Lane that was opposed by a large number of neighbors. City Council Building To Honor John P. Franklin

The City Council building behind City Hall is being named in honor of John P. Franklin. Mr. Franklin, who was the  city's first black official, post-Jim Crow laws, on his election in 1971, died in June at the age of 96.
