UTC Graduate Was Engineer With Roper For 23 Years

Allen Louis Tatum, 51, lifelong resident of Chattanooga area, passed away on Monday, June 18, 2012.

He was a graduate of Red Bank High School and of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He had been an engineer for 23 years with Roper.

Survivors include his parents, George and Evidene Tatum; brother, Bruce Tatum; girlfriend, Andrea Neckien; several cousins.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, June 22, at Lane Funeral Home, Ashland Terrace. Interment will follow in Chattanooga Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in honor of Allen.

Visitation is from 4-9 p.m. on Thursday, June 21, at Lane Funeral Home, Ashland Terrace, 877-3524.
