1st Baptist Of Fort Oglethorpe Offers Jobs & Career Ministry

Navigating Thru Change is a jobs and career ministry that is sponsored by First Baptist Church of Fort Oglethorpe. This week’s session focuses on “What Employers Want and What Job Candidates Need to Get.”  

The sessions are lead by Human Resource professionals and time is spent each week reviewing resumes, working on interviewing skills around a weekly topic. Sessions are held Tuesday nights at 6:30 p.m. on campus and are offered free of charge.

Churchwide Missions Lunch Is Sunday At Signal Mountain Baptist

Woman Found Dead On Lovell Road; Police Looking For Terry Releford

A woman was found dead on Sunday morning at 8912 Lovell Road, and police are seeking a "person of interest" in the case. Deputies responded to that location at approximately 8 a.m. on a suspicious death. On arrival "deputies found a dead female in her 30s deceased from an apparent homicide."
