Mike Harvey and Skipper Fairbanks
Mike Harvey and Skipper Fairbanks

I am endorsing Mike Harvey as the next Hamilton County School Board District 2 representative, and I would like to encourage District 2 citizens to vote for him. I have known Mike for over 25 years and know him as a fine Christian man with exemplary character.  His wife, Yvonne, and his sons, Cody and Taylor, support Mike in his decision to run for this office.

Mike graduated from Red Bank High School, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and the Erlanger School of Anesthesia. He has worked as an anesthetist for 31 years.

Mike has pledged to give his time to help the schools in District 2. He is a trustworthy man who will work hard for the schools that he will represent. It is his desire that all students in District 2 receive a top quality education provided by positive educators. He plans to bring strong leadership to the board and provide support to administrators, educators, and students.

Mike is running as a write-in candidate, so his name will not be on the ballot. It will be necessary to write his name in the blank space and fill in the bubble.

It is my pleasure to endorse Mike Harvey for the Hamilton County School Board representative for District 2. Please vote for him on Aug. 2.

Called the “Ag-Gag bill,” similar efforts in other states have also soured because it is no more than a Catch-22 trick to protect those who abuse animals, ... (click for more)
