The East Ridge Soccer Association Express 97 U15girls won the DII State Championship in Murfreesboro this past weekend.

They were the lowest seed in the state tournament to qualify and win a championship.

Dean Wilson and his rising sophomore team will be representing the state of Tennessee in the Region 3 Presidents Cup this coming weekend in Greenboro, N.C.. They will be competing against state champions from 12 states.

Dean Wilson's Express 97 U15 Girls have won two state championships and will be playing for the newly formed East Ridge Futbol Club next year.


Kids And Pros Heads Up Clinic Focuses On Player Safety

McCallie School will host the Heads Up football clinic sponsored by the YMCA of Metropolitan Chattanooga on Saturday, June 1, from 12-3 p.m. This clinic is free to all players ages 7-13, and to all school and youth recreation football coaches.
