Osteoarthritis Seminar Offered June 20

A free seminar, Put Pain in Its Place – How to get Osteoarthritis Pain Under Control, will be offered on Wednesday, June 20, from 1-2:30 p.m. at the Eastgate Senior Center.

The free program includes 10 minutes of chair exercises, and is presented by the Health Promotion & Wellness program at the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Health Department.

Chattanooga Kids On The Block Receives $2,500 Grant
