Tenisea Fox , 50, of Chattanooga passed away on July 8 in Jacksonville, North Carolina.  She had lived most of her life in Chattanooga, and was presently living in Maysville, North Carolina. 

Tenisea was a member of New Salem Baptist Church and the Red Hat Society.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Ethel  Isham Lewis and grandmother, Mae Isham.

Survivors are her husband, Michael Fox, sons, David (Amanda) Fox of Maysville, NC and Aaron Fox of Chattanooga, two grandchildren, Noah and Brianna Fox  of Maysville, NC; half-sister, Amber Lutz of California; aunts and uncles, Mary Helen and Ralph Gravitt, Otis and Emalene Smart all of Soddy Daisy, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 2-6 p.m. on Sunday, July 15, and from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. on Monday, July 16, at the North Chapel.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with the Reverend Ted Painter officiating.  Burial will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery. 

Arrangements are by Chattanooga Funeral Home Crematory and Florist, North Chapel, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, TN 37343.
