Gary Starnes Is Our Guy - And Response (4)

Thursday, July 12, 2012

The citizens of Hamilton County will have the opportunity to elect a man with honesty, integrity, even temperament and family values on Aug. 2. My, brother Gary Starnes possesses the experience, qualifications, and qualities necessary to serve as judge.

He has been practicing law for over 26 years in the federal, state and local courts.  He has frequently served as a special judge in the Chattanooga City Courts and in the General Sessions Court, the office he is currently seeking.

His combined experience of 26 years handling complex civil and criminal cases gives him the knowledge to make sound decisions. He has managed his own law firm with honor, dignity, and puts in countless hours seeking what is best for his clients, while never losing sight of his family and/or community values.

He has been an active supporter of the Children's Advocacy Center, Chambliss Children's Home, and the Shepherd's Arm Rescue Mission.

The Chattanooga Firefighters Association and International Brotherhood of Police officers, have formally endorsed him for General Sessions Court judge. He has the energy, experience, knowledge, loyalty, and work ethic to make the judicial process as efficient as possible for all citizens of Hamilton County.

He has been and continues to be a role model in my life, by being an inspiration for community service, family values and hard work ethic.

For these reasons, Gary Starnes is our guy. Please join me and my family by voting for Gary Starnes as our next General Sessions Court judge.

When choosing our elected officials, we often depend on the opinions of others and the media to help us decide on the best candidate. Rare is the opportunity to vote for someone whom we know personally.

This election I feel fortunate to be able to cast my vote for someone I actually know personally - General Sessions judge candidate Gary Starnes.  Gary’s passion for our legal system, his desire to serve our community, and his impeccable integrity make him my choice for Sessions judge.  In addition to his professional stature, Gary has impressed me with his personal character through his unwavering loyalty to his wife and family.

I hope you will join me in supporting the best candidate on the ballot.  Vote Gary Starnes - General Sessions Court judge.   Early voting begins July 13.

Gary Starnes is our guy.

He is one of the hardest working legal professionals I have known. Gary Starnes’ work ethic, coupled with 26 years of experience, and serving as a special judge in both City and Sessions Court speaks volumes to me.   Beyond that, I genuinely respect Gary Starnes because he is so accessible to regular people, like me.

I believe that is why his volunteer base is so large, what you see is what you get with Gary Starnes, and all of this equates to public trust.

It is time for a fresh perspective in the Judicial Branch of our local government.
