Brittany Nicole Montgomery, age 21, of 711 E 19^th Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 07, 2012 for Possession of Schedule III Drugs, Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz, Drugs to be kept in Original Container, Driving without a Valid License and Weaving. Montgomery was released on $11,000 bond.

Christopher Lynn Lamb, age 21, of 730 West James Street Rossville, GA was arrested July 09, 2012 for Aggravated Assault (FVA), Aggravated Battery (FVA), Cruelty to Children 3^rd Degree, two counts of Reckless Conduct Causing Harm to or Endangering the Safety of Another and Obstruction of Driver’s View or Interference with Control.
