Catoosa County Arrest Report For July 6-12

Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for July 6-12. According to Sheriff Phil Summers, officers and detectives answered 1,941 calls. 63 were booked on a total of 126 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Summers reported that in addition to answering 1,941 calls, the following felony arrests were made:

Sibbie Samuel Walker, age 48, of 909 Manis Road Dalton, GA was arrested July 06, 2012 for Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Drugs to be kept in Original Container, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, Too Fast for Conditions and Weaving. Walker was released on $11,000 bond. 

Brittany Nicole Montgomery, age 21, of 711 E 19th Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 07, 2012 for Possession of Schedule III Drugs, Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz, Drugs to be kept in Original Container, Driving without a Valid License and Weaving. Montgomery was released on $11,000 bond.

Christopher Lynn Lamb, age 21, of 730 West James Street Rossville, GA was arrested July 09, 2012 for Aggravated Assault (FVA), Aggravated Battery (FVA), Cruelty to Children 3rd Degree, two counts of Reckless Conduct Causing Harm to or Endangering the Safety of Another and Obstruction of Driver’s View or Interference with Control. Lamb was released on $41,000 bond.

Terry Wayne Saxton, age 50, of 224 Knollwood Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested July 09, 2012 for Murder, Aggravated Battery (FVA) and Battery (FVA). No bond has been set. Saxton remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Spencer Lebron Tate, age 19, of 506 Boynton Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested July 09, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Tate remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Michael Anthony Bales, age 25, of 599 Lee Avenue Chickamauga, GA was arrested July 10, 2012 for Computer Pornography and Criminal Attempt to Commit Aggravated Child Molestation. No bond has been set. Bales remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Bradley Kyle Cook, age 23, of 293 Baggett Road Ringgold, GA was arrested July 10, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Cook remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Terry Lee Cuzzort, age 57, of 3309 Gleason Circle Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 10, 2012 for Forgery 1st Degree and a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Cuzzort remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Amanda Marie Adair, age 35, of 827 Terrace Street Rossville, GA was arrested July 11, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Adair remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Matthew Bryan Smith, age 18, of 14 Gladstone Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested July 11, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Smith remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Don Tanner Bowman, age 20, of 42 Dawn Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested July 12, 2012 for Forgery 1st Degree and a Bench Warrant for False Report of a Crime. No bond has been set. Bowman remains incarcerated at CCDC.

William Dee Boyd, age 36, of 4907 14th Avenue Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 12, 2012 for Theft by Taking and Obstruction of 911 Calls. Boyd was released on $7,500 bond.

Charles Vincent Byess, age 36, of 113 Tera Beth Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested July 12, 2012 for a Probation Violation, Possession of Schedule III Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime and Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz. No bond has been set. Byess remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jason Allen Costlow, age 21, of 11933 Dayton Pike Soddy Daisy, TN was arrested July 12, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Costlow remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Eric Leroy Miller, age 27, of 934 Nellie Head Road Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested July 12, 2012 for Forgery 1st Degree. Miller was released on $3,500 bond.

Ronnie Eugene Perkins Jr., age 22, of 387 Paulding Meadows Dallas, GA was arrested July 12, 2012 for Computer Pornography and Criminal Attempt to Commit Child Molestation. No bond has been set. Perkins remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Cedric Demon Smith, age 26, of 2406 Frost Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 12, 2012 for Bail Jumping, Bench Warrant for Battery (FVA) and Bench Warrant for Battery (FVA) and Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz. No bond has been set. Smith remains incarcerated at CCDC.

 




2-Month-Old From Dalton Dies In Tragic Home Accident

A two-month-old child from Dalton, Ga., has died in a tragic incident at home with a vehicle. Azariyah Lynette Miglia died Sunday after being taken to Children's Hospital in Chattanooga. Baylor's Popp Wins First Spring Fling State Title

 Baylor sophomore Selena Popp won the Division II girls pentathlon Monday afternoon in Murfreesboro.  It is the first state championship of the 2013 Spring Fling.  Popp won the 100 meter hurdles and the high jump.  She edged out Evangelical Christian School's Kate Jamison by one point.   Teammate Victoria Wicks was third and Kate Kaufman was fifth.  ...
