Thrive Studio Offers New Fitness Options For Chattanooga

Monday, July 16, 2012

A new approach to fitness, nutrition and well-being, Thrive Studio, located in the former Rock Creek Down Under North Shore space, offers indoor cycling, fitness classes, yoga, personal training, nutritional coaching along with healthy food options in its cafe.

Thrive is the only place in Chattanooga with Real Ryder bikes - a new experience for indoor cycling that engages more muscles, burns more calories and offers the closest thing to being on a real bike, officials said.  With strobe lights, a disco ball and sound system the cycle room looks more like a dance club than a fitness studio - its another 'first' in Chattanooga designed to make fitness more fun.

Thrive Studio is open from 6 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Friday, from 7 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday and from 9-11 a.m. on Sunday.

A ribbon cutting will be held on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. at 191 River St.
