The daughter of attorney Gary Starnes, who is running for General Sessions Court judge, was arrested on Monday.

Christina Starnes, 23, was charged with domestic assault.

Attorney Starnes said, "As a parent I am devastated by the hardships my adult daughter, Christina, is facing in a divorce. As a parent, my wife, Carol, and I want all of our children to be free of problems.
