Lucille Moore, 77, of Cleveland, TN and formerly of Summerville, GA., died Monday July 16, 2012 in a local health care facility.
She was the daughter of the late John B. and Clarinetta Holland; and was also preceded in death by a sister, Janet Ferry.
Mrs. Moore was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her daughter, Helen Garland and her husband Freddie of Cleveland; her sons, Joe Simmons and his wife Lisa of Cleveland, Steven Simmons of Atlanta and Ted Simmons and his wife Eunice of Summerville; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three great-great-granddaughters; one brother, Joe Collins of Jackson MS; and several nieces and nephews.
A Remembrance of Life service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 19 at the Wildwood Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Rev. Ray Cheatham officiating. Interment will follow in the Tasso Methodist Church Cemetery with grandsons serving as casketbearers.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 18 from 5-9 p.m. at the Wildwood Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes who has charge of the arrangements.
