Donna Leanne Leamon Hughes, 51, of Rossville, Georgia, died on Sunday, July 1, 2012 after a short illness. 

A longtime resident of Chattanooga, Donna later moved to North Georgia.  She was a graduate of Tyner High school and Northwest Georgia Technology College where she achieved the honorary Deans List upon graduation.

She was a two-time cancer survivor and was a member of Grace Works Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Nellie Leamon.

Survivors are her husband, Ralph (Rocky) Hughes, Rossville; children, Lori (Peter) Brown, Ooltewah;  Kristen (Andrew) Pobieglo, Jacksonville, Fla.; Terrance (Brittany) Holland, Seth and Preston Hughes all of Rossville; brother, Darryl Leamon, Chattanooga; sister, Connie (Jeff) Sutton, North Georgia; niece, Hanna Leamon, North Georgia, and several beloved grandchildren.

Services will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 3, in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be private.
