I have known of Ralph Miller’s work as an educator and administrator for many years and have worked with Ralph many times over the last 10 plus years. I have found Ralph to be a man of integrity with great ideas.
I was very pleased to learn that Ralph was running to be our representative on the school board for Hamilton County District 7. Over the time I’ve know and worked with Ralph one thing has always rung true with me, Ralph “gets it.”
He is a strong a advocate for support for elementary education, fine arts, and vocational and technical education. Through his musical endeavors Ralph is also a business man and understands finances and making a business work. Ralph is just the man that the school board needs.
On Aug. 2 I will be honored to cast my vote for Ralph Miller as the District 7 representative to the Hamilton County School Board. I hope you will join me.

It has been my privilege to have known Ralph Miller for the past 40 years since our days at UTC. Over those years Ralph, “Rimmy” to his close friends, has devoted his professional career to making the county schools a better place for our children and to inspire them to excel. From his early days in education as the City High band director to the latter years as an administrator for the Hamilton County School System, I have been able to observe him at work.
One evening while watching Ralph rehearse the band at City High, at the end of practice, he told his students, “When you come here every day you should work toward one thing, to be better tomorrow than you were today, and even better the day after. I am here to help you do just that.”
In all the years I have known Ralph, that motto never changed. By supporting Ralph Miller for School Board we can help make our schools better tomorrow than they are today.
