Pair Caught Stealing Copper On Willow Street

Police said they caught two men in the act of stealing copper on Willow Street on Monday morning.

At 11:18 a.m., Chattanooga Police responded to a burglary-in-progress at 200 N. Willow, where they found two men stealing copper from the residence.  The suspects were identified as Cryus Brooks, 46, and Kevin Tramble, 50.

Both men were arrested for burglary, theft and vandalism and were taken to the Hamilton County Jail.

  There have been several recent copper thefts in this area of the city and investigators are hoping to tie these all together.
