Benefit Concert To Be Held Aug. 5 To Raise Funds For Local Artist Danny Siviter

Local Tattoo artist, Danny Siviter of Triple 7 Studio, was recently diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Everyone is invited to come to the Honest Pint on Aug. 5, to help raise funds to cover Danny’s medical bills and expenses.

The evening will include live music, starting with the funky sounds of Smooth Dialects followed by rootsy soul singer Gabriel Newell with Muddy Soul, and Bear Wipes *** with Rabbit, will close.

The fundraising will include not only music, but chances to win one of a kind, hand painted, decorative skateboard decks created by local Chattanooga artists, the artists at Triple 7, and Danny himself, which will be auctioned throughout the evening.

The evening’s festivities will also include a raffle for hundreds of dollars in tattooing gift certificates.

Organizers said, "Join us as we try to help Danny kick cancer in the throat by raising money for his surgery and expenses."


Pro-Rodeo In Cleveland Is Friday, Saturday

The Pro-Rodeo is coming to Tri-State Exhibition Center Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. Cowboys and cowgirls from across the region will rope, race and ride, hoping to have the fastest time of the night.
