Why Soddy Daisy Should Vote For Bryan Hoss For Their Next Judge - And Response

Friday, July 06, 2012

Bryan Hoss is running for Judge of Soddy Daisy.  Bryan will definitely get my vote.  I have known Bryan since his days of working in the Hamilton County District Attorney’s office before he obtained his law degree.  I have firsthand knowledge of his legal career and work ethic from working at his law firm for several years.  He treats both his clients and peers with the utmost respect.

I’ve lived in Soddy Daisy for 53 years.  I’ve had two sons graduate Soddy Daisy High School.  I believe that Soddy Daisy needs a Judge who does not live in the City of Soddy Daisy.  In fact, Soddy Daisy for the last forty (40) years has never had a Judge who’s lived in the city.  Why the reason for this is obvious to most, Soddy Daisy needs someone who is impartial.  Judges must be impartial to be fair to our citizens.

Soddy Daisy is a wonderful community that I am proud to call my home.  I feel that Bryan Hoss will make our community an even better place to live knowing that he is sitting as our Judge with our town’s best interest at heart.

I would like to encourage the citizens of Soddy-Daisy to vote for Bryan Hoss in their upcoming judicial election.    I first got to know Bryan while working as an assistant at his law firm.   Since that time, I have become an attorney and have had the opportunity to hear what others in the field think of him.   Both in court and behind the scenes, Bryan demonstrates why he would be an excellent judge.

Many of you might know Bryan Hoss to be a prominent trial attorney in our community, which he no doubt is.  He certainly knows his way around a courtroom, having spent more days of his career in front of a judge than not.  If you witnessed him in court, you would easily conclude he is more than prepared for life on the other side of the bench.

It is how Bryan conducts himself when not in the public eye that makes him such a great candidate.  While working for him, I saw time and again that no advantage in a case was ever worth putting his integrity on the line.  He does the right thing when no one is looking and always keeps his word.  As a result, he maintains a high level of credibility among attorneys and judges.

Soddy-Daisy would be well-served by Bryan Hoss as their next judge.
