Re: Mother Of Hannah Barnes Files $25 Million Lawsuit Against Hennens:

Having read that both the Barnes and the Hennens  attend Christian churches I am perplexed by this lawsuit. I understand that both families suffered a great loss with the tragic accident of their adult children. A lawsuit will not cure any of the pain and suffering but only cause more for the families.

Having lost my 18-year-old daughter in a accident, I understand being so mad and wanting to sue. I believe this is called the "anger stage" in the grieving process.

Please let the love of Christ constrain you and drop this lawsuit against your brother and sister in Christ. As Christians we are to follow the words of St. Paul who clearly said that Christian should not take each other to court. "Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to be judged before the unjust, and not before the saints ?... But brother go to law with brother, and that before unbelievers. Already indeed there is plainly a fault among you, that you have lawsuits one with another. Why do you not rather take wrong?" (1st Corinthians 6)

Lindsay Pace, you are so very right, your words were very encouraging for me.

I don't go to church, but believe we all have a savior in Christ. I'm a firm believer you shouldn't sue your fellow brother or sister in Christ. I mean honestly "What Would Jesus Do?"

Too many people want to put the blame on someone else, bottom line, life is about choices and obviously there were wrong choices made, unfortunately the end result was a sad one.

Lookouts Win Fifth Straight Nipping Wahoos, 3-1

Andres Santiago and three Lookouts pitchers combined for a four-hitter -- including 3.1 hitless innings by the bullpen -- and Yasiel Puig drove in all three of the Lookouts runs as they earned their fifth consecutive victory (the longest win streak of the 2013 season), 3-1, over the Pensacola Blue Wahoos.
