Brainerd Recreation Center Hosts Six-Week Living Well Workshop

A workshop designed to help you take charge of your health will be held at the Brainerd Recreation Center,  1010 North Moore Road.  Participants with chronic conditions will set goals, gain ideas, and take action for practicing a healthy lifestyle.  This program is sponsored through collaborative efforts of UT & TSU Extension, Volunteer State Health Plan, and the Chattanooga Parks and Recreation.
 
The workshop will begin on Thursday, August 16, from 3-5 p.m. and will continue every Thursday for 6 weeks. Please call 855-6113 to register or for more information.  There is no cost to participate in this program.  All persons who wish to participate may attend these sessions.  Please register by Tuesday, August 14 to ensure enough materials will be ready for you.
