Fundraising Sale Held To Raise Funds For Christ UMC Youth Choir Mission Trip

A youth choir fund raising sale will be held at Christ United Methodist Church, 8645 East Brainerd Road,on Friday, July 13 from 9 a.m-6 p.m., and Saturday, July 14, from 9 a.m.-noon. The sale will be held in the halls and rooms in the Commons Building. Mrchandise is donated by Genevieve Bond Store and funds raised will go to youth choir summer mission tours.

A high school missin trip to New Orleans to work on homes, yards and public areas will be July 16-22. The cost is $275.

The Book Review Group will meet Saturday, July 14, at 8 a.m in  the Adult Building, Room A-13. The book to discuss will be "Wasabi Gospel" by Shawn Wood.

The Christ United Methodist Women's Ministry will have a Summer Soiree for women of all ages on Wednesday, July 18, at 6:30 p.m. The night will feature a catered dinner, fashion show by Ruby's Warehous and guest author Denise George.
