Reese Martin

Reese Martin, of Chattanooga, ran into the arms of Jesus on Thursday, July 5, 2012 surrounded by his family.

Reese, the beloved son of Barry and Regennia Martin, lived life to the fullest daily. He played hard, laughed often and loved completely. In his five years of life, he filled each day with his favorite things; toys, food, friends, girls and family. Trains, cars, fire trucks and balls were his favorite toys, Bruesters, Bones, Logans and Armondos were favorite restaurants. Seth, Max, Brandon and Andrew were his best friends. Maddie, Ms. Renee, Ashley, Laura and Dr. Cook were his girlfriends. His little brother, Riley was his shadow wanting to be just like his big brother. Reese had an infectious personality that drew people to him. He loved people and everyone who met him fell in love with him. He will be missed by all.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Wilma D. Martin, great-grandmothers Ruth Davis and Polly Hood and beloved dog, Teddy.

He is survived by his parents, brother, Nana (Sandra Hood) Memaw (Debbie Willis) and Papa (James Willis), Pap-paw (Charles Martin), three aunts (Darlene Martin, Alicia Martin and Shara Whitaker), seven uncles (Jeff Willis, Michael Whitaker, Randall Whitaker, Tony Hood, Eric Willis, Jackie Stearns and Roger Simpson), four cousins (Sierra, Travis, Nicole and Logan), one pet (Peanut) and a whole bunch of friends.
