#1 HIXSON COMMUNITY CENTER NOW OPEN. Located at 5400 School Drive. Full of activities for all ages! Open Monday-Friday from 9-8 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. (5-9 p.m.for teens). Click here for a full schedule.
#2 GEOCACHING IN OUR PARKS

#3 KIDZ KAMP IS BACK
After a short break, Kidz Kamp is back in session. Community Centers will open 7:30am to 8pm. If you are interested in Kidz Kamp for ages 6-12, call Kim Battle at 643-6052.

Bring the whole family to enjoy this special historical tour by kayak of South Chickamauga Creek. Adults and children ages 5 and older can enjoy this special tour, courtesy of an interpretive ranger from Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park. S. Chick runs through the heart of Chattanooga on its course to the TN River. The quiet creeks holds memories of early settlers and Civil War skirmishes. Call 643-6888 for more.
