Two men involved in a high-stake poker game April 12 in which a man was shot after police raided the game pleaded guilty on Monday afternoon.
Terry Hartman and William Ray Johnson got suspended 30-day sentences in the appearance before General Sessions Court Judge Christie Sell.
Three others caught in the sting got their cases dismissed. Prosecutor Neal Pinkston said a video showed that Kenneth Burton, Kevin England and Ramon Grant were inside the office building on Gunbarrel Road, but were not involved in the gambling.
England gets the return of $547 out of $1,093 that was lifted from him. Hartman gets $385.50 back and Burton $381.
