Chuck Fleischmann Works Tirelessly

  • Wednesday, August 1, 2012

I will be supporting Chuck Fleischman for U.S. Congress in Thursday’s Republican primary election and I encourage you to do the same. Two years ago I did not vote for Chuck in the primary even though my real close friend was working for the Fleischman campaign. At the time I really liked what Van Irion had to say.

Over the span of his first term I have gotten to know Chuck pretty well from helping out my good friend who worked for him. I have been lucky to get a more behind the scenes look at the congressman and his staff.

Chuck is one of the most sincere politicians I have ever met and I can see that he is doing this for the right reasons: to bring about the tough and desperately needed changes and reforms that other politicians have been ignoring for years.

Congressman Fleischman works tirelessly and he tells you like it is. He faces realities and that is something we need much more of in Washington. He puts his job above all else and has even cancelled campaign events to make rescheduled and hurry up votes in Congress. Very few members of Congress have a 100 percent voting record and it is something to be proud of. He is a proven conservative who will fight to keep the United States an economically vibrant world power.

Though Scotty Mayfield is a good businessman and a nice enough guy, he lacks any substantive visions or ideas for what he would do. He has said on numerous occasions that he doesn’t disagree with any of Chuck's work in Congress. He wouldn’t show up to debate in front of the public.  No actual plans for what he would do along with inability to confront his opponent make Scottie a bad choice. How could you have a man like this represent you in Congress?

Weston Wamp is definitely not the right person for the job. He lacks any real world business experience or any real world experience at all for that matter. There is nothing wrong with youth, but you don’t go from peewee league to the NFL because of your last name. The only real experience he has is that of how Congress operated while his father was there and people are tired of the old ways of doing things

Chuck is the clear choice for U.S. representative of Tennessee’s Third Congressional District. Let’s send him back to Washington to keep up the hard work.
