Jessica Shillito

As time is winding down on this year’s recruiting class, Coach Kenrick Liburd went
back “home” to get his latest player for the Tennessee Temple womens basketball team.

Liburd signed 6’5” post player Jessica Shillito from Mansfield, England, where
she attended Nottingham Academy and was playing for the England National team.
She was a part of the England under-15 team at the age of 14 and she has been working
her way up ever since. She was recently on the Under 18 team where she represented
England verses Scotland and Germany.

At the high school level at Nottingham Academy her team placed 2nd in the English Schools U17 tournament.

Coach Liburd had this to say about Jess: “We are very excited about the future of Jess
here at TTU. Jess has a fantastic upside and will help us be competitive on the interior
this season. With her international experience and size she will impact straight away,
learning on the job: A great kid from a great family."
