Herman Walldorf & Company Realtors, Inc. announced that David Lemon has joined the Walldorf Residential Sales team as a realtor. 

He brings over 20 years of professional sales experience combined with an extensive consumer driven knowledge base, and enjoys his chosen profession. 

Mr. Lemon has held the position as assistant vice president of the Better Business Bureau of South Central Louisiana. Following an intentional visit he picked up his family and moved to the Chattanooga area. After moving he began working in the medical sales field with Consumers and Physicians securing durable medical equipment on an individualized basis. 

He has managed multiple sales positions with ease giving each client his full representation, attention and time. As an affiliate broker, he specializes in Residential Real Estate. His goal as a realtor is to ensure that his clients receive a positive experience as buyers and sellers. His aim is always to act with integrity, honesty and utmost professionalism. 

Mr. Lemon takes his job as affiliate broker with honor and strives to treat his clients as he would a family member. He is also a member of all three, the National, the Tennessee and the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors. 

Mr. Lemon went to school in Corpus Christi, Texas graduating from Richard King High School as well as attending Delmar College, majoring in Business Administration. He has lived in the Chattanooga area for the past 10 years and calls it home. He enjoys all Chattanooga has to offer and currently resides in the Ooltewah area. He is an active member of Silverdale Baptist Church and is married to his wife, Susan. They have two daughters, one attending Middle School and the other daughter attending University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. 

Mr. Lemon enjoys college football and spending time outdoors with his friends and family.

264-Unit Apartment Complex Planned at Hickory Valley Road, Highway 58

A 264-unit apartment complex planned at Hickory Valley Road and Highway 58 gained approval from the Planning Commission on Monday. The project in the 5300 block of Highway 58 is by Arlington Properties. The site is partway in the city and partway in the county, but it is planned to have the entire tract annexed into the city.
