CNN/Fox News Real Estate Expert Robert Shemin To Speak On Investor's Dream

Wednesday, August 29, 2012

Robert Shemin, New York times bestselling author of “How come That Idiot’s Rich and I’m Not?" will be sharing business and real estate advice at the Chattanooga Reia on the evening of Sept. 6 and all day Saturday, Sept. 8. The real estate trainer and CNN/ Fox news wealth expert will share “The 7 New Rules for making your Fortune in Real estate in 2012.”

"Chattanooga is poised for more price appreciation. It is also still a market for cash flow for investors. It has a lower foreclosure rate that most of the country and average price per square foot is $115. That’s 8.5 percent above the same period for last year," says Mr. Shemin who speaks to crowds of 20,000-30,000 people and shares the stage with Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki and Suze Orman.

Mr. Shemin will discuss the current market conditions, go over advanced business strategies such as negotiating and effective time management as well as share how to get financing in today’s market.

“ Usually when you are in a market you can’t see an opportunity because you’re too close. Chattanooga is still one of the better areas for investors.”

Highlights will include:

• For investors: Creative ways to buy houses without the banks.

• Advanced mortgage reduction: How many investors are getting the banks to knock down the mortgages of properties. It’s a little known secret called mortgage resets. Mr. Shemin will also go into great detail about the current mortgage fraud situation.

• The three best ways to find property way below market in today’s market such as short sales, foreclosures and unprofessional landlords and landladies.

The event will be held at 5600 Brainerd Road.  For more information and to register for this event visit http://www.chattanoogareia.com/.
