Lattimore Black Morgan & Cain, PC, Tennessee’s largest regional accounting and business consulting firm, has named John A. Litchfield, Jr. as its chief operating officer.
Mr. Litchfield, a certified public accountant and previously the leader of the firm’s Audit practice, has now assumed the new role of chief operating officer where he will be responsible for and oversee LBMC’s internal accounting, technology, human resources, training and all administrative functions of the firm’s operations. While in his new role, Mr. Litchfield will also maintain some of his client relationships.
Managing partner David Morgan had this to say about John’s new role, “John will be excellent at managing the day-to-day operations of these key areas in our firm. Having been a partner since 1996, he fully understands the organization and how these core service areas work as the foundation of our operations.”
Mr. Litchfield is a Cum Laude graduate of Murray State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business with an area of concentration in Accounting. John is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants is a licensed CPA in both Tennessee and Kentucky.
