Tennessee Temple University Women's Soccer Coach Emmanuel Awotula has been burning the midnight oil as he is finishing up his first recruiting class. His team will be arriving to Chattanooga Sunday to get ready for the upcoming season.

His latest signing is Mid-Fielder Breana Miller from Rome, Ga., and Armuchee High School. She will be transferring to Tennessee Temple from Shorter University to play soccer under first-year Head Coach Awotula.  She signed scholarship papers Thursday morning.

After spending a year at Shorter, she decided that she misses what she loves to do and that's play soccer.  As a senior at Armuchee she was recruited by Coach "E" and came to Chattanooga on a weekend play day. There the coaches were impressed and pursued her before she made the decision to stay in Rome and attend college.

When asked why she chose Tennessee Temple, Breana responded, "When I came up on my weekend visit I really liked the school and the coaches. So when I decided that I wanted to play soccer again it was an easy choice to call."

Coach Awotula said, "left mid has been a sore spot for us and to have a true left footer at that spot will be great."
