Tracy O’Neal Killed In Head-On Crash On Middle Valley Road

Tracy O’Neal was killed in a head-on crash on Middle Valley Road on Monday night when another driver crossed the centerline.

John W. Massey, 27, was driving the other vehicle involved in the grinding crash at 6512 Middle Valley Road.

The sheriff's office said Mr. O’Neal, 46, was driving a 2008 Ford Focus northbound on Middle Valley Road and Mr. Massey was driving a 1998 Ford F250 southbound "when for reasons unknown at this time, Mr. Massey crossed the center line and the vehicles hit head on."

 Mr. O’Neal died from the injuries he sustained in the crash and Mr. Massey was transported to an area hospital for the injuries he sustained.

The traffic crash is being investigated by Deputy Robert Stockburger, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Division.
