Lookout Mountain Woman Gets Order Of Protection After She Says Doctor Husband Poisoned Her Coffee

Tuesday, August 07, 2012

A Lookout Mountain, Tn., woman has been granted an order of protection from her doctor husband after she said she found he was putting a dangerous chemical into her coffee.

Circuit Court Judge Marie Williams signed the protective order for Liesa Francine Hill against Dr. Hal Eugene Hill.

He is directed to stay away from her.

In the petition, Ms. Hill said for several months she experienced severe health issues for which her husband and other doctors prescribed medicine.

She said in March she found her husband putting an unidentified substance in her morning coffee, which he regularly fixed for her.

Ms. Hill said she contacted the police  and had a sample of the coffee tested. She said the test showed "the unusual presence of extreme levels of the uncommon, toxic heavy metal barium" in the coffee sample.

Ms. Hill stated, "The police then advised me to seek this order of protection for the safety of my children and me and their investigation of my husband continues. Based upon these test results, my earlier fears of harm to me have been confirmed and I am in immediate present fear for my and my children's well being."
