Horrible Court Outcomes For John Mays - Cruelty To Horses - And Richard Batson - Foster Child Rape - And Response

Tuesday, August 07, 2012

One gets off writing a newspaper article about soring? The other gets probation?  No wonder the world is so messed up.

Those horse abuse videos make me ill and I cannot imagine such torture.  A 16-year-old child preyed upon by her foster parent and coerced into a threesome with a neighbor? How much more deviant and sordid does it have to be?

Child abusers and animal abusers are the lowest life form on the planet, and should not be unleashed upon society. The law bungled these two sentences to the max. Unbelievable. Horrible.

Just another decision that turns people's stomach. It is not surprising it was in Judge Stern's courtroom. Maybe the judge will tell us what age does the law say in a case like this before it is rape, 12, 13, 14, 15 ? Another young girl denied justice from a drunk foster parent.

It is too bad the judges are elected for the years they are. If people want to recall a politician they should put Judge Stern at the top of the list.

I would say to the young ladies 16 and under, you should beware as justice is extremely blind in this county.

Just think judges do not have to explain the reasons for their rulings. Must be because they are divine.
