Jones, Pansy Stewart (Rocky Face)

Pansy Stewart Jones, 74, of Rocky Face, GA, passed away Monday, September 10, 2012 at her residence. 

She was the daughter of the late Robert and Mary Hutchinson Stewart; and was also preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Jones; brothers, Herbert Stewart and Melvin Stewart; and a niece, April Stewart. 

Pansy loved kids and loved taking care of children and she was a wonderful person who was loved by all. 

She is survived by her brother, John Stewart of Marietta; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Nell and Arnold Caylor, Hun Foster, Lonnie Jones and Joann Stewart all of Dalton and Lillie Heard of Atlanta; special nephews and caregivers, Ronald Stewart, Kellie Stewart, Jacob Stewart, Britney Stewart and Brenda Spurgeon; special friend, Ava Dean of Calhoun; aunts, Edna Green and Sarah Rogers both of Dalton; and other nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 12 at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Danny Cochran officiating. Burial will follow in Whitfield Memorial Gardens. 

The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Wednesday, September 12 from 1-3 p.m. 

Love Funeral Home, 1402 N. Thornton Ave., Dalton (across from Hamilton Medical Center) is in charge of arrangements.
