Monday, September 10, 2012
Chattanooga Market will host the eighth annual Kick’n Chick’n Hot Wing Cook-Off. Patrons can sample the unique tastes of Chattanooga’s best wing chefs in this blazing annual competition and cast their vote for bragging rights to the Scenic City’s Best Wings in 2012. This year's contestants are: Keller's Grilled Wings, Bud's, Champy's, The Honest Pint, T-Bones, Market Street Tavern, Maggoo's, R&V Wings and Things and Jefferson's BBQ.

As in year's past, the event is being organized by and benefits Chattanooga Endeavor's, a local non-profit.
The group's mission is to improve public safety by restoring former offenders to productive roles in society. With a special emphasis on recently released prisoners, Chattanooga Endeavors prepares former offenders for work, supports them in their job search and offers limited opportunities for remunerative work training through an alternative staffing program.

Live music on the EPB stage for Sunday will be Courter, Clouse and Kings at 12:30 p.m. and Matthew Walley at 2 p.m.
