#2 Free Movies in the Park at Dark - Heritage Park 
Friday at 6:30 p.m. for family atmosphere, as we host another Movies in the Park. The movie is about a panda that knows karate, part 2) beginning at dusk. Bring chairs, blankets, etc. Heritage park is located at the corner of Jenkins Road and East Brainerd Road in East Brainerd. 

#3 Parking Day This Friday 
Join recreation staff on Main Street this Friday for Parking Day from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. We will be located near the front of the Fire Hall. Enjoy fun, with mini golf, corn hole, face painting and board games. What a great way to get out and turn our parking spaces into green spaces.

#4 Zumba Gone Crazy

For the entire family.  Join Outdoor Chattanooga Saturday at 9 a.m. at their facility in Coolidge Park! Take a ride on the Riverwalk and bird watch. 

#9 Rentals - Did you Know? 
The city's 17 community centers/pools are available for rentals.  They provide space for parties, showers, class reunions, receptions and more.  Cost is $40 for two hours, $80 for a gym, and $90 for indoor pools for two hours. 

#10 Wyatt Community Center Book Club and More Monday 
Join the book club, discuss books with friends.  10:30 a.m. at Wyatt Community Center, 406 Colville St. in North Chattanooga. Plus quilting, senior sports board games and more.

TVA Celebrates National Trails Day With Enhancement Efforts

The Tennessee Valley Authority will be making improvements at six trail locations in Tennessee and Alabama on Saturday, June 1, to celebrate National Trails Day and is encouraging volunteers to participate. Wade Hinton Named City Attorney

Wade Hinton, who led Mayor Andy Berke's transition team, has been chosen as city attorney. It is a joint appointment with the City Council, and the move was endorsed by a number of council members who appeared with the mayor at a press conference on Friday morning.
