* NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR ESTIMATED A WIDESPREAD AREA OF ONE AND ONE HALF INCHES HAS FALLEN TODAY. LOCALIZED AMOUNTS MAY HAVE BEEN AS HIGH AS THREE INCHES. AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES IS EXPECTED OVERNIGHT AND COULD LEAD TO DANGEROUS WIDESPREAD FLOODING.
