Eric Lebron Hilt is facing charges after an underage girl who accepted a ride with him said he accosted her.
Hilt, 32, of 30 Tunnel Blvd., is charged with solicitation of a minor and aggravated sexual battery.
The girl said she was walking near the old Deep Blue Bar on Brainerd Road when Hilt approached her while driving a blue and red Crown Victoria. She said he had a passenger identified as "PC".
She said she accepted the offer of a ride home and Hilt directed "PC" to move to the back so she could sit up front.
The girl said after she got in she noticed that Hilt had a silver revolver in his lap. She said during the trip that Hilt grabbed her thigh and breast.
She said, instead of taking her home, he pulled up to his residence and asked her to come inside. She said she declined and he again began driving. She said he then exposed himself and offered her $400 to perform a sex act.
She said when she declined, she was asked to get out of the vehicle.
The girl said when she first got in the car she told Hilt she was 17.
