Kenco announced that Jeff Tanner, vice president of risk management, will be speaking at the annual Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) in Atlanta on Tuesday.
Mr. Tanner’s presentation, "Managing an Effective Safety Program at Multiple Sites," will demonstrate how to build a consistent culture of safety, while improving facility management, particularly across multiple locations.
“I’m looking forward to sharing Kenco’s common sense approach to safety, and I believe this will be a valuable resource for the CSCMP audience,” Mr. Tanner said. “Kenco has long maintained such a high standard of safety across all facets of its business enterprise that we consider this to be a major hallmark of the uncommon value we deliver to our customers.”
Since joining Kenco in 1999, Mr. Tanner has been implementing infrastructure, processes and policies to benefit Kenco in the areas of warehouse safety, corporate fleet safety, security, and workers’ compensation plan management. Mr. Tanner has overall responsibility for safety and security across the Kenco family of companies.
