The Association for Visual Arts, in conjunction with FACES, invites artists and those with a creative flair to participate in UnMasked, FACES’ newest fundraising event featuring masks created by local artists and community members.
Finished masks will hang in AVA Main Gallery Oct. 18-27, and then be transferred to the Chattanooga Theater Center on Nov. 1. Masks created for the event will be auctioned with all proceeds going to FACES.
Unpainted masks will be available for pick up at AVA Wednesday through Saturday, up until Sept. 22. Hours of operation are 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Finished works and artist biography sheets are to be submitted to AVA by Tuesday, Oct.

Open to artists, local personalities, and celebrities as well as the community at large over the age of 18 (with the exception of some of FACES’ very special, younger patients).
The UnMasked Event is Nov. 1, at the Chattanooga Theatre Centre, from 5:30-8 p.m. Tickets are $50; two half price tickets are available to participating artists.
