The Gourmet Gala is set Saturday at Track 29 as a fundraiser for the March of Dimes.
Officials said, "An exclusive group more then 500 guests will have the opportunity to meet 9 of the finest chefs, restaurants and caterers around town in the one of the best March of Dimes events in the state of Tennessee. Each are asked to present their signature dishes in a tasting size during a reception, as well as donate a unique package to be sold in either the live or silent auction. After enjoying an entertaining reception, guests are invited to bid on a variety of packages during a live auction."
