Sullivan PK Leads Lady Chargers To 1-0 Win Over Signal Mountain, Hixson Rolls Past Red Bank

Chattanooga Christian senior Allie Sullivan scored on a penalty kick in the 71st minute Thursday night to beat district rival Signal Mountain. 

 CCS outshot the Lady Eagles 11-5 in a game played at Signal.  

 CCS improves to 5-1-1 overall and 1-0 in the district. 

The Hixson girls soccer team led 8-1 over Red Bank and went on to win 9-1.

Jensen Dupree had three goals for Hixson. Samantha Green and Kaley Swann each had two goals.  Cicely Holmes and Chassie Harris had one goal.  Samantha Green also had two assists.  Jensen Dupree, Haley Couch, Bailey Payne, Elizabeth Miller and Kate Baldwin had one assist. 

East Ridge lead Chattanooga Central 3-1 at the half and went on to win 6-1.

Joyce Mutubwa and Sage Vandergriff had two goals each for East Ridge.  Kayla Deck and Taylor Radcliffe also had a goal.  Kelby Fryar had two assists.  Abby Sweatman, Kayla Deck, Rachel Watkins and Sage Vandergriff had assists.

Central's goal was scored by Brittany Rucker assisted by Aleshia Colbert.

East Ridge improves to 1-2-1 overall and 1-0 in district play.
