Catoosa County Arrest Report For Aug. 30-Sept. 6

Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for Aug. 30-Sept. 6-23. According to Sheriff Phil Summers, officers and detectives answered 1,955 calls. 74 were booked on a total of 149 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Summers reported that in addition to answering 1,955 calls, the following felony arrests were made: 

Michael Edward Bellas, age 44, of 242 Falcon Drive Forrest Park, GA was arrested on August 30, 2012 for Probation Violation, Hold for other Agency. No bond has been set. Bellas remains in custody at CCDC. 

Casey Lebron Wimberly, age 26, of 1189 Nelliehead Road Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested on August 30, 2012 for Battery FVA, Three Counts of Cruelty to Children 3rd Degree, False Imprisonment. No bond has been set. Casey Wimberly remains in custody at CCDC. 

Anthony Douglas, age 31, of 1417 Wright Street East Ridge, TN was arrested on August 30, 2012 for Proabtion Violation. No bond has been set. Anthony Douglas remains in custody at CCDC. 

Daniel James Austin, age 56, of 4002 Baywatch Cove Ackworth, GA was arrested on August 31, 2012 for Two Count of Criminal Attempt Child Molestation, Two Counts Criminal Attempt Aggravated Child Molestation, Computer Pornography and Child Exploitation. No bond has been set. Austin remains in custody at CCDC. 

Byna Renee McDonald, age 28, of 144 Wagan Wheel Road Ringgold, GA was arrested on August 31, 2012 for Crossing State/County Guard Line with Weapons, Intoxicants, or Drugs without Consent, Drugs to be Kept in Original Container. Byna McDonald was released on $5,000 bond. 

Joseph Michael Boyd, age 21, of 273 South Center Street Rossville, GA was arrested on September 01, 2012 for Criminal Damage to Property, Possession of Marijuana Less 1 oz. Bond has been set at $5,000. Joseph Boyd remains in custody at CCDC. 

Allen Eugene Womble, age 37, of 1029 Wilson Road Rossville, GA was arrested on September 01, 2012 for Probation Violation, Aggravated Assault, Bench Warrant, Hold for other Agency. No bond has been set. Allen Womble remains in custody at CCDC. 

Jamie Lynn Parker, age 35, of 121 Cleveland Road Rossville, GA was arrested on September 03, 2012 for Probation Violation, Bond Surrender for Theft by Taking. No bond has been set. Jamie Parker remains in custody at CCDC.

Timothy Alan Sosebee, age 48, of 2202 Ridgeway Road Trion, GA was arrested on September 03, 2012 for Probation Violation. Timothy Sosebee was released for Time Served. 

Michael Lee Burnett, age 25, of 137 Lawrence Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested on September 03, 2012 for Sentenced. No bond has been set. Michael Burnett was released to DOC.

Charles Adam Mooney, age 23, of 162 Cross Street Rossville, GA was arrested on September 03, 2012 for Sentenced. Charles Mooney was released to DOC. 

John Wesley Patterson, age 29, of 1419 East 49th Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested on September 03, 2012 for Fleeing or Attempting to Elude, Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers, Operate Vehicle without Valid Tag, Aggravated Assault on a Police Office. Bond has been set at $15,500. John Patterson remains in custody at CCDC. 

Jo Anne Floyd, age 53, of 313 Catoosa Street Ringgold, GA was arrested on September 04, 2012 for Forgery in the 1st Degree. Jo Anne Floyd was released on $3,500 bond. 

Malcolm Juston Brannon, age 21, of 175 Harbuck Road Ringgold, GA was arrested on September 05, 2012 for Sentenced. No bond has been set. Malcolm Brannon remains in custody at CCDC. 

Drew Dillon Leonard, age 23, of 949 Swanson Road Ringgold, GA was arrested on September 06, 2012 for Probation Violation, Giving False Name or Address to Law Enforcement. No bond has been set. Drew Leonard remains in custody at CCDC. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 


Police Told Stabbing Victim At Motel Was Trying To Force His Way Into Room

Police said a fatal stabbing at the Country Hearth Suites on E. 20th Street came after an argument over a dice game. William Morris Jr., 66, is charged in the Friday night death of Alexis Lewis, 51. Police Blotter: Woman Thief Takes Tools At Williams Street Motel

Police said a woman thief made off with some tools from a truck parked at a motel on Williams Street. But the $950 in items were found just behind the Motel 6. John Fellhauer said the tools were taken from his Silverado. He said two trays of tools were removed from his tool box. A motel video showed a white female get the tools and head for the dumpster. Baylor's Popp Wins First Spring Fling State Title

 Baylor sophomore Selena Popp won the Division II girls pentathlon Monday afternoon in Murfreesboro.  It is the first state championship of the 2013 Spring Fling.  Popp won the 100 meter hurdles and the high jump.  She edged out Evangelical Christian School's Kate Jamison by one point.   Teammate Victoria Wicks was third and Kate Kaufman was fifth.  ...
