Bell, Helen Burford

Helen Burford Bell died on Thursday, January 10, 2013 at the age of 89. 

Helen is survived by her sons, Kerry (Pam) Bell of Kennesaw, Ga., and Mitchell (Hazel) Bell of Lookout Mountain, Ga., and her grandchildren, Frank (Megan) Bell, Mitchell Bell, Kelsey Bell (Michael), K.J. (Chelsea) Bell, Hayden Bell, and Kevin Bell. 

She was predeceased by her husband, Bill, and her son, Fred (Marcy). 
 
Born in 1923 in rural Mississippi into a large and loving family, Helen had a sense of adventure at a young age. She loved travel, scrabble and especially being near the water. She will be greatly missed.  

Her family will have a graveside service at her family plot in Independance, Ms.  

Her family would like to thank all of the caregivers at Alexian Grove, Alexian Valley, Alexian Village and Hospice of Chattanooga for all of the loving care they extended to her.

An arrest has been made in a case in which a hidden camera was apparently placed in several local restrooms.
