Stephen Edward Walls, 63, of Signal Mountain, died on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at home following a lengthy illness.
He graduated from high school in Jackson, Tn., and earned a degree in Respiratory Therapy.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Walls.
Survivors include his son, Ryan Clark Walls; father, John Joe Walls; brother, Mike Walls; niece, Kristy Walls; supportive ex-wife, Wanda Walls-Hudson; his dog, Ralph; and numerous loving family members in West Tennessee.
Hospice of Chattanooga was in charge of providing care for Steve up until his time of death.
