Catoosa County Arrest Report For Jan. 4-10

Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for Jan. 4-10. According to Sheriff Gary Sisk, officers and detectives answered 1,479 calls. 45 were booked on a total of 145 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Sisk reported that in addition to answering 1,479 calls, the following felony arrests were made:

Peter Jon Atkins, age 38, of 106 Owens Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested on January 04, 2013 for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Atkins was released on $5,000 bond.

Jerry Michael Card, age 46, of 82 Clover Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested on January 04, 2013 for Theft by Bringing Stolen Property into State, Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Drugs to be Kept in Original Container, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, Driving on Revoked or Suspended License. Bond has been set for $17,500. Card remains in custody at CCDC.

Phillip Justin Coley, age 31, of 82 Leppizan Trail Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested on January 04, 2013 for Probation Violation. Coley was released on his own recognizance.

James Lee Gross, age 43, of 500 Thomas Drive Rossville, GA was arrested on January 04, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Gross remains in custody at CCDC.

Bryan Stewart Yates, age 41, of 2177 Baggett Road Ringgold, GA was arrested on January 04, 2013 for Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers, Burglary 1st Degree, Hold for Other Agency. Bond has been set for $7,500. Yates remains in custody at CCDC.

Joseph Derrick Teems, age 43, of 1347 Roach Hollow Road Ringgold, GA was arrested on January 05, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Teems remains in custody at CCDC.

Walter Thomas, age 45, of 6504 Harvest Run Harrison, TN was arrested on January 06, 2013 for Driving on Revoked or Suspended License, Taillight Violation, Possession of Schedule I Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs and Drugs to be Kept in Original Container. Bond has been set for $12,550. Thomas remains in custody at CCDC.

Bradley Kent Yates, age 40, of 2416 Charleston Square Chattanooga, TN was arrested on January 06, 2013 for two counts of Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Possession of Schedule I Drugs and Drugs to be Kept in Original Container. Yates was released on $15,000 bond.

Kiefer Jackson Jones, age 20, of 775 Indian Mounds Road Cartersville, GA was arrested on January 07, 2013 for Terroristic Threats and Acts, three counts of Obstruction or Hinder Law Enforcement Officers, Interference with Government Property and Disorderly Conduct. Bond has been set for $18,500. Jones remains in custody at CCDC.

Stephen Anthony Morrison, age 33, of 192 Glandstone Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested on January 07, 2013 for Criminal Trespass FVA and Parole Violation. No bond has been set. Morrison remains in custody at CCDC.

Janice Denise Rakestraw, age 51, of 628 Tunnel Hill Road Cleveland, TN was arrested on January 07, 2013 for Theft by Shoplifting, four counts of Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Drugs to be Kept in Original Container. Rakestraw was released on $23,000 bond.

Adreana Michelle Weathers, age 33, of 3617 Missionaire Avenue Chattanooga, TN was arrested on January 07, 2013 for Obstruction of Intersection, Theft by Bringing Stolen Property into State, Weaving, Driving on Revoked or Suspended License and Theft by Taking. Weathers was released on $13,500 bond.

Ashley Brooke Foss, age 28, of 7260 Igou Ferry Road Harrison, TN was arrested on January 08, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Seat Belt Violation. Bond has been set for $5,000. Foss remains in custody at CCDC.

Chelsea Lynn Brown, age 21, of 115 Williams Ave. Flintstone, GA was arrested on January 08, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Brown remains in custody at CCDC.

Nathaniel Kenneth Hartwell, age 42, of 104 East View Ct. Redbank, TN was arrested on January 08, 2013 for Criminal Attempt to Commit Child Molestation, Criminal Attempt to Commit Aggravated Child Molestation and Computer Pornography and Child Exploitation. No bond has been set. Hartwell remains in custody at CCDC.

Salvador Flores Maravilla, age 42, Homeless, was arrested on January 08, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Maravilla remains in custody at CCDC.

Emily Sarah Tinker, age 18, of 1505 Augusta Drive Dalton, GA was arrested on January 09, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Hold for Other Agency. Tinker was released on $4,500 bond.

Thomas Adam Hall, age 33, of 217 Mineral Avenue Rossville, GA was arrested on January 09, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Hall remains in custody at CCDC.

Jennifer Helen Lackhouse, age 23, of 68 Jonnie Lane Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested on January 09, 2013 for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, Possession of Marijuana Less 1oz, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs and Drugs to be Kept in Original Container. Lackhouse was released on $12,000 bond.

Shauna Christine Wortman, age 31, of 57 Cambridge Circle Rossville, GA was arrested on January 09, 2013 for Possession of Schedule IV Drugs and Probation Violation. Wortman was released on $4,000 bond.

Sally Jane Dodson, age 51, of 334 E Illinois Avenue Whitwell, TN was arrested on January 10, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Dodson remains in custody at CCDC.

William Hayden Masengale, age 22, of 354 Karen Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested on January 10, 2013 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Masengale remains in custody at CCDC.

Jessica Nicole McClure, age 24, of 107 Brown Circle Rossville, GA was arrested on January 10, 2013 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Possession of Schedule III Drugs. Bond has been set at $9,500. McClure remains in custody at CCDC.

Ralph Larry Merrill, age 47, of 428 Melinda Street Dalton, GA was arrested on January 10, 2013 for Child Molestation. No bond has been set. Merrill remains in custody at CCDC.
