Paul Warner Elliott, Sr., 77, of Red Bank, died on Tuesday, January 15, 2013.

He was a United States Army veteran and a member of Laborers Local #846. Paul was born one of 14 children on Jan. 5, 1936 in Byron, N.Y.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret S. Elliott and daughter, JoAnn Bolden.

He is survived by his sons, Jeffery Glen Elliott, Paul Warner Elliott, Jr., and daughter, Christine (Daniel) Balabuch, all of Chattanooga.

Services will be private.

Arrangements are by Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Soddy Daisy.
