Chattanooga Tea Party City Council Forum Postponed To Jan. 24 Due To Inclement Weather

Due to a winter weather advisory in effect for Thursday afternoon and evening and the potential for snow, the Chattanooga Tea Party has postponed its meeting that was previously scheduled for Thursday evening.  The new date for the planned City Council Candidate Forum is next Thursday, Jan. 24 at 6:30 p.m. 

The meeting will take place at The Century Club Banquet Hall, 3221 Harrison Pike (off Access Road, just south of the Highway 153-Amnicola Highway intersection, next to The Lighting Gallery).

Special Event Street Closures Nov. 23-24

Reggie White Blvd. between West 19th St. and the entrance to the Skate Park will be closed from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. on Sunday for the Chattanooga Market. The Hixson shopping center anchored by Walmart has sold for $22,750,000. Oak Park Partners reached a deal to sell the Oak Park Town Center to Dfg-chattanooga, LLC.
