Police said stolen items from a house on Tenderfoot Trail were found across the street.

The items were found in a vehicle driven by Tyler Dewayne Baker, officers said.

Baker, 23, of 6499 River Stream Dr., Hixson, is charged with aggravated burglary and theft.

The arrest was made Jan. 2.

Roger Wallen said his Royal indoor-outdoor speaker was taken from his screened-in back porch. He still had the original box for the speaker, which police said matched up with the item found in Baker's possession.
